Our team of experts provides consulting services to assist clients in making informed decisions about modular construction, including risk assessment guidance, feasabilities, budgeting, planning, designing, tendering and RFT generation, and most importantly manufacturers / suppliers, procurement, and project management, offering end-to-end advice and solutions for clients and suppliers in the modular building industry. Operating nationally and delivering projects in various categories such as commercial and retail projects with a focus on efficiency and sustainability.

Modular Building Advisory sets itself apart in the industry through its extensive knowledge, experience and network of engineers, surveyors, suppliers, manufacturers, builders and installers etc.

Director

Tim Woodward

Tim launched his career after earning a B.Com with a focus on Marketing and Human Relations, complemented by various certifications in Management, Marketing, Training, OH&S, ISO Quality Assurance, FSR Compliance, Mortgage Lending, and Six Sigma/TQM.

He garnered awards including AIM and State Awards for Excellence in Marketing.

Initially in the Financial Services Sector, Tim rose to Senior Management in a leading Australian bank over 12 years. Transitioning to Construction Sales and operational management, he eventually owned a Master Franchise in residential housing. After selling the franchise, Tim held Senior Management Roles in Sales, Marketing, Operations and construction with two Victorian Volume Builder groups over 10 years.

For the past 6 years, Tim partnered and exited a local Victorian Construction company, specializing in Design and Build, Unit Developments, and Wholesale Investor Builds. He also operates a "traditional construction" Wholesale/Retail aggregation company catering to various builder projects, and consults within the international modular construction manufacturing space.

Throughout his career, Tim has championed Affordable and Sustainable Construction methods hence his enthusiasm towards Modular Construction.

Nathan Theos

Nathan is a highly skilled and respected construction executive with over 25 years of experience working in Tier One construction businesses both here and abroad. He has a wealth of construction and business experience, providing a knowledgeable and innovative perspective. Nathan has a proven track record for being able to bring clients, builders, and consultants together to achieve a common goal.

Nathan is highly proficient technically across the entire development process, from planning, cost planning, design, buildability, and handover. Through this experience, he can quickly identify design & construction risks and swiftly develop strategies to eliminate or mitigate. He has a strong passion for modular construction, having worked on a number of modular hotel and co-living projects in Australia.

Richard Evans

Richard brings over forty years of expertise in the construction industry to the Modba Team. His extensive experience encompasses a deep understanding of modular construction, cultivated over many years. His expertise spans both traditional construction methods and modular production, rendering him exceptionally valuable in the field.

Richard's proficiency in onsite problem-solving and construction methodology significantly enhances the efficiency of modular production on site. His keen insight into product sustainability further positions modular building advisory as pioneering landmarks for the future of construction.

Dane has showcased outstanding performance in the Real Estate and Volume Building Industry in Victoria, where he has undertaken several key positions with major volume builders for a decade. He has engaged with a wide range of clients, including Social Housing Groups, First Home Buyers, Second/Third home buyers, Downsizers, investors, NDIS housing, and General House & land Sales. Moreover, he has partnered with property developers on Unit/Land projects and overseen Custom build homes from inception to finish. Dane is a vocal supporter of sustainable practices and cost-effective construction techniques to help families achieve their goal of owning a home
